There would be plenty of villains in top50 best villains of all time list, but if you're unironically putting an op char at #1 you're just wrong. op has great villains, but to claim that it has THE best villains is just wrong, objectively and subjectively. Now i'm not saying that one piece doesnt have good villains, lol. Nagato, Yohan from monster, Meruem from hxh, VIcious from cowboy b, Mahito from jjk, Aizen from bleach, Muzan, Madara, Light, Griffith, those are all from on top of my head, i'm sure i cna pull a great list if you let me think for a bit, I could even rank them if you'd like.
